Ingredients
switch to imperial- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
Boil the sweet potatoes in a pan of hot water, for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.
Separately, heat some oil in a pan and gently fry the garlic on a medium heat.
Then, when the potatoes are cooked, simply mash them and stir in the garlic.
