Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 100g broccoli, broken into florets
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

  1. Heat the oil to pan or wok and add the vegetables and stir.

  2. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until the vegetables begin to soften.
