Ingredients
switch to imperial- 1 carrot, cut into strips
- 1 leek, sliced
- 100g broccoli, broken into florets
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tsp oil
Method
Heat the oil to pan or wok and add the vegetables and stir.
Cook for 3-5 minutes, until the vegetables begin to soften.
