Pasta, tuna and sweetcorn salad

Ingredients
switch to imperial- 165g pasta shapes
- 1 tin of tuna in spring water, drained
- 1 small tin sweetcorn or 150g frozen sweetcorn
- juice of half a lemon
- freshly ground black pepper
Method
Simply cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, then combine all the ingredients together, season with black pepper and chill.
You can keep this in the fridge in an airtight container for up to two days.
Alternatives: add cooked beans, or a can of kidney beans, drained. Use other vegetables such as diced peppers, cucumbers, or cherry tomatoes.
