Ingredients
switch to imperial- 100g plain flour
- 1 large egg
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp oil
Method
Whisk the flour, egg and milk together to form a smooth batter.
Heat the frying pan with a little oil and pour in a small amount of batter, just enough to cover the bottom of the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, then carefully toss the pancake and cook the other side, until golden brown.
Try serving with fruit or lemon juice and a small sprinkle of sugar.
