Ingredients
switch to imperial- 225g ice cream or frozen yoghurt
- 1 large banana, 8 strawberries and 120g of fruit of your choice (i.e ½ can of sliced peaches, 24 grapes or 2 kiwis).
- small squeeze of chocolate sauce
- 20g chopped nuts
- 2 wafers
Method
Wash and prepare the fruit, or use fruit canned in natural juice.
In a tall glass, arrange layers of ice cream and fruit, then pour the chocolate sauce over the top.
Finally, decorate with cream, nuts and wafers and serve.
