Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi fruit, chopped
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 200ml unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend the kiwi fruit and banana in a food processor with the unsweetened apple juice and lime juice.

  2. Pour the juice into glasses over ice and serve immediately.
