Ingredients
switch to imperial- 1 tsp oil
- 3 rashers lean bacon
- 1 banana, sliced diagonally
- 2 tomatoes, halved
- freshly ground black pepper
Method
Preheat the grill and line a baking tray with foil, brushing the foil with a little oil to stop sticking.
Spread the bacon, banana and tomato evenly over the tray, sprinkle with pepper and grill for 5 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
Serve on a slice of wholemeal toast.
Other options
Substitute the banana with sliced mushroom or pineapple slices.Nutritional information
