Ingredients

  • 700ml strong hot tea
  • 200ml pineapple juice
  • 1 litre sparkling ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 700ml orange juice
  • juice of 3 lemons
  • sprigs of mint
  • chopped fruit to decorate

Method

  1. Make the tea and place in a large heatproof jug, then add the fruit juice, sugar and ginger beer and stir well. Once it has cooled, keep it cold in the fridge.

  2. Serve in tall glasses with crushed ice, chopped fruits and a sprig of mint to decorate.
