Ingredients

switch to imperial

  • 100g melon, chopped
  • 100g pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 orange
  • 100ml fizzy water or diet lemonade

Method

  1. Peel the orange, separate into segments and put into a blender with chunks of pineapple and melon.

  2. Blend the fruit until smooth, then add the fizzy mineral water and serve for a refreshing drink.
