Ingredients
switch to imperial- 100g melon, chopped
- 100g pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 orange
- 100ml fizzy water or diet lemonade
Method
Peel the orange, separate into segments and put into a blender with chunks of pineapple and melon.
Blend the fruit until smooth, then add the fizzy mineral water and serve for a refreshing drink.
