Ingredients
switch to imperial- 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
- juice of 1 orange
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp crystallized ginger, chopped
- 1 mango, chopped
- ½ cantaloupe melon, chopped
- ½ pineapple, chopped
- 2 bananas, sliced
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp fresh coconut, grated
Method
Start by preparing the fruit. To stop the banana going brown, squeeze the lemon juice over it.
Then in a large bowl mix together the sugar, orange juice, lime juice and chopped ginger and gently stir in the fruit.
Sprinkle the grated coconut over the fruit and serve immediately.
