Ingredients
switch to imperial- 1 red apple
- 2 sticks celery (or half cucumber if preferred)
- 1½ tbsp raisins
- 1½ tbsp walnuts (peanuts can be used if preferred)
- 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp caster sugar
Method
Wash and chop the apples and celery and put them into a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix and serve.
