Ingredients

  • 1 red apple
  • 2 sticks celery (or half cucumber if preferred)
  • 1½ tbsp raisins
  • 1½ tbsp walnuts (peanuts can be used if preferred)
  • 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp caster sugar

Method

  1. Wash and chop the apples and celery and put them into a bowl.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients.

  3. Mix and serve.
