Eatwell fridge

The eatwell fridge is an application you can download to your desktop containing nearly 200 nutritious recipes and tips on reducing your saturated fat intake.

Once you have downloaded the application, you will be able to search the recipes without connecting to the web.

The eatwell fridge uses a new free software program called Adobe AIR. If you do not have Adobe AIR already installed on your computer, please select 'Click here to download Adobe AIR' below and follow the instructions on the Adobe website.

Then select 'Click here for the eatwell fridge' to install the eatwell fridge to your computer.
