Home-made guacamole

avocado pear

Try dipping raw vegetables in home-made guacamole. Avocados are great for you because they're low in saturated fat. What you'll need:

Cut each avocado in half, remove the stone. Scoop the flesh out and mash with a fork. Add the garlic, onion and juice, mix and season with pepper.


Smooth it over

Strawberries

Mix up a few delicious and healthy smoothies for your mates... You'll need:

Chuck all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and mix until smooth. Find out your mates' favourite fruits to make them each a personalised smoothie!
